All events are "Open" (no age groups).  Competitors must be QA registered TWH club members and must be a min 12 years old by Dec 31st, 2023.

3pm       Women's 100, Men's 100

3.10pm Women's Long Jump, Men's Shot Put

3.35pm Women's Shot Put, Men's Long Jump

4pm       Women's 1500m, Men's 1500m

4.10pm Women's High Jump, Men's Javelin

4.50pm Women's Javelin, Men's High Jump

5.30pm Mixed 4 by 400m relay

Maximum 4 competitors per club in each individual event, and 4 mixed teams per club in the relay.  A mixed team consists of at least 2 women (running order at club's discretion).

Example: Men's 100m: 4 TWH runners and 4 ASR runners.

Women's Javelin: 4 TWH throwers and 4 ASR throwers.

Mixed 4 by 400: 4 TWH teams and 4 ASR teams.

For throws events, competitors throw QA/QMA regulation weight specification for their event.
