What was your favourite sport as a kid? - Track and field sprints and throws.
What is your highest sporting achievement? - State school medals in 100 and shot.
What do you do to calm your butterflies while you compete? - Win loose or draw each competition is a chance to learn, some lessons hurt but they make you better so get it there and compete.
What do you love about coaching young athletes? - The chance to allow athletes to enjoy the sport I love and hope they will learn to love as well.
What is your favourite ice cream flavour? - Cookies and cream.
What is your dream holiday destination? - Paris.
What is your one piece of advice for a young athlete? - The lessons you learn in becoming an athlete. Self discipline, perseverance, learning how to win and loose with dignity and how to work towards your goals are equally important in life and athletics and those lessons will help you to be a better person as well as an athlete.
